• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Revenue Cycle Epic Clarity Analyst to join our dynamic team. • This position requires a highly skilled, data-driven professional with a deep understanding of the Epic Clarity Data Model. • The ideal candidate will hold a current Epic Clarity Revenue Data Model certification and possess exceptional problem-solving abilities. • Working with stakeholders across various levels, this role is integral to enhancing our organization’s financial health and operational efficiency. • Healthrise operates in the Microsoft technology stack and Azure services. We leverage an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Epic Clarity Revenue Data Model certification required. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Information Management, Data Science, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or data science are a plus. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence through the use of Epic Clarity, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or revenue cycle setting. • Advanced expertise in Epic Clarity reporting, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Crystal Reports). • Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, particularly patient access, billing, coding, account resolution, and decision support. • Proven proficiency in SQL, database querying, data warehousing, and data modeling. • Strong technical abilities in data validation, ETL processes, and BI reporting best practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes and providing sustainable, data-driven solutions. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • High degree of self-motivation, adaptability, and collaborative spirit, with an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. • Experience with Agile project management methodologies and facilitating cross-departmental teamwork. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. • Experience with cloud-based technologies and services (e.g. Azure, AWS). • Experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
