Description
• The Senior Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Business Analyst gathers operational and workflow requirements from internal and external customers. • Leads multiple projects interfacing with project management, end users, and management. • Analyzes and documents existing business processes and recommends enhancements. • Provides mentorship for new and established analysts, assisting in training of system functions.
Requirements
• BA/BS Preferred or 2-3 years equivalent experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle • 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, or in business process improvement or workflow analysis • 2-3 years’ experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
