Description

• Identify, develop and test new solutions informed by evidence and Aledade's strategic priorities • Responsible for the development of programs to support beneficiary attribution and retention and patient navigation to programs and services that increase access to care • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align clear goals with overall business strategy • Lead steering committees to drive decision-making and maintain communication channels • Identify and manage risks, including dependencies and potential roadblocks • Evaluate progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data for actionable recommendations

Requirements

• 5+ years’ progressive experience in healthcare in a project or program management capacity • Able to support and execute deliverables across multiple projects, to include project planning documents, task management and tracking systems, progress reports and summaries etc. • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills • Exceptional presentation and synthesizing skills • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Strong analytical skills/mindset • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
