• The Senior Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Analyst is instrumental in advancing Aledade’s mission to enhance healthcare quality and reduce costs through physician-led Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). • This advanced role involves leading the analysis of clinical documentation and risk stratification initiatives, ensuring that our practices operate with optimal effectiveness and efficiency. • The ideal candidate possesses extensive analytical expertise, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, and a passion for driving improvements in the healthcare landscape. • With a strategic mindset and a commitment to excellence, the Senior CDI Analyst will contribute significantly to our continuous improvement efforts and support the overall success of our ACOs. • We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Health Care, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required. • 2-4 years of relevant experience required. • Interest in healthcare programs, project management, or related fields is a plus. • Familiarity with value-based care, accountable care organizations, or Medicare Advantage is a bonus. • Experience using a variety of data management tools including but not limited to Tableau, Monday.com, Jira and other data management software. • Experience with Risk Adjustment metrics supporting documentation accuracy and diagnosis capture. • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong interest in quantitative analysis; comfortable working with large and complex data sets.
