📋 Description

• The Sr. Manager will guide Aledade’s use of the CMS Virtual Research Data Center, contribute to data development and infrastructure, and use innovative methods to answer pressing business questions. • The Sr Manager will manage a team of analysts, translating business goals into action plans and supporting the team in executing them. • They will work across teams to understand key performance and policy questions facing the business and bring data to inform strategic and tactical decision making. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare analytics, an understanding of population health strategies, and a passion for having a direct impact on primary care practices and contributing to a data-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. • Experience managing a team of analysts or researchers. • Advanced degree may substitute for some experience.
