📋 Description

• Oversee maintenance operations across multiple Fixed Base Operator (FBO) locations. • Supervise FBO based maintenance teams and ensure compliance with FAA regulations. • Optimize workflows and foster a culture of excellence and safety. • Conduct regular site visits to support and guide FBO-based maintenance teams. • Collaborate with FBO leadership to align strategies with operational needs. • Drive continuous improvement in maintenance and overhaul processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, business, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. • Alternatively, 10+ years of experience in general aviation and/or corporate jet aircraft maintenance may substitute for formal education. • Valid State-issued driver’s license. • Active Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required. • Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams in a multi-location environment. • Strong understanding of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to meet market demands. • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
