• AlertMedia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to assist our sales team with technical aspects of working with potential clients. • You will educate prospects to make informed decisions and ensure our product is a match. • Part of AlertMedia’s amazing culture, contributing to rapid growth.
Requirements
• 3+ years of Solution or Pre-Sales Engineering experience, ideally supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise level customers • Ability to successfully solve complex technical business challenges by taking a consultative, customer-first approach • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize • Highly organized and ability to succeed in an ever-changing environment • Self-starter and team player, willing to jump in as needed • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding support
