Description

• Timely and accurate delivery of new system functionalities and features for Leave Solutions Delivery • Improving operational efficiencies and enhancing client satisfaction • Collaborating with Operations teams to implement process improvements • Defining metrics and KPIs to measure impact of new features • Developing strategies to promote and drive adoption of new features

Requirements

• Experience of 5 years minimum in a similar role within the healthcare or insurance industry • Education in business administration, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent practical work experience • Proficiency in project management & business analytics methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) • Experience with disability and leave management systems • Good analytical skills • Understanding of the disability and leaves management industry • Display verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrate ability to understand client needs • Experience of leading cross-functional teams
