📋 Description

• Support Alight’s corporate legal function • Facilitate various aspects of public company filings • Collaborate with internal stakeholders involved in reporting and data management • Liaise with transfer agent and external brokers on equity reporting matters • Support legal entity and corporate secretarial matters as needed • Manage KYC requests and related statutory filings • Manage communications with regulatory agencies regarding business licenses • Provide transactional support for acquisitions and divestitures • Use project management tools to track tasks and communicate progress • Work with legal and compliance colleagues on various projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a corporate & securities paralegal in an in-house legal environment • Project management skills, specifically strong organizational and planning skills • Meticulous attention to detail, ability to efficiently manage rapidly changing priorities • Ability to effectively advance multiple simultaneous projects under tight timelines • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels inside and outside of the organization • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex workplace • Keen interest in learning on the job and expanding skill set • Able to work independently while showing initiative and exercising good judgment • Versatile, flexible, motivated, and enthusiastic • Proficiency with CSC entity management, Diligent and Workiva tools preferred • Associates or Bachelors’ Degree; Paralegal Certificate a plus
