📋 Description
• Oversee daily administration of tax filing delivery for assigned legal entities • Manage client delivery across Tax filing Shared Services • Proactively manage client accounts to mitigate escalations • Develop colleagues in tax filing knowledge and client facing delivery • Point of contact for resolving client escalations • Monitor tasks to identify trends and process improvements • Support implementation of process improvements • Facilitate issues requiring higher level escalation • Educate & coach associates and clients
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Canadian payroll tax filing related field • Advanced understanding of payroll and tax • Advanced understanding of regulatory and legislative guidelines • Strong verbal & written communication skills • 2+ years client interaction and management • 3+ years people management experience • Strong computer skills with current technical knowledge • 2+ years Payroll Tax Filing Software experience required
