🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of HR business experience. • At least 5+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner. • Well-rounded experience with various HR disciplines. • Experience supporting exempt and nonexempt employees. • Ability to coach and influence leaders and employees. • Deep level of curiosity and strong business acumen. • Experience operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. • Nice to have: experience working with employees based in Canada.
