📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent that aligns with our company culture. • Manage day-to-day HR tasks such as preparing offers of employment, benefits administration, continuing to roll-out BambooHR, overseeing performance review process, and maintaining accurate employee records. • Assist in developing and administering policies, programs, strategies and best practices that align with employment standards in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, including conducting exit interviews and identifying areas for improvement. • Foster positive working relationships and serve as a trusted resource for employees. • Maintain and optimize HR systems and tools for efficiency and accuracy. • Support compensation planning and salary administration to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. • Familiarity with BambooHR or comparable HRIS is essential. • Certification: CHRP or CHRL designation is considered an asset. • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach. • Organization & Problem-Solving: Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities. • Employee Relations: Proven ability to navigate and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and discretion.
