• Support payroll life cycle activities accurately and timely • Key role in providing support to payroll team • Upskill and develop colleagues through training delivery and coaching • Champion responsibilities for innovation activities
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to support payroll and the payroll team from end to end • Ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing • Undertake, support and manage a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Pro-actively identify upsell opportunities and support the Change Request process • Understand standard and client specific payroll reports • Maintain current knowledge of legislation requirements and payroll procedures • Answer payroll related questions and requests from the team and from clients • Update, maintain and enforce the usage of the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) • Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information • Ability to resolve and support technical and functional issues escalated from other team members and clients • Ensure compliant use of all systems • Support and maintain the client solution workbook • Participate and champion innovation activities to drive continuous improvement • Support and guide project implementations and go-lives • Upskill and develop colleagues through training delivery and coaching
