• Reporting to the UKG team Lead • Support and maintain UKG time management systems • Work with multinational customers • Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Build and modify configuration of the tool • Troubleshoot errors via pay rule analysis • Manage configuration migrations • Support UKG device management • Utilize UKG standard reports such as HyperFind
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in implementing and configuring UKG workforce management solutions • Knowledge of UKG configuration tool: Pro WFM • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving UKG system issues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluency in English and German • Relevant UKG certifications: Pro WFM certifications
