• Join the AMS Cloud Optimization Practice area • Analyze, define and document complex business requirements • Manage multiple projects/tasks using organizational techniques • Provide guidance and thought leadership to resolve client needs • Monitor progress of tasks against the project plan • Establish and maintain client relationships • Contribute to knowledge management initiatives
Requirements
• 2 plus years previous experience implementing and/or configuring Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking • Prior experience may include PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business, Ultipro or other SaaS software solutions • Workday deployment experience required • Previous consulting experience preferred • Possesses strong facilitation/presentation skills • Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations • Ability to manage multiple, parallel projects • Strong time management and organizational skills • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Proficient to advanced MS Excel skills
