Description

• Configures and successfully unit tests requirements within Workday • Identifies process improvements and develops medium to high complexity reports • Ensures timely and quality execution of client deliverables on Workday projects • Responsible for medium to large bodies of work across multiple projects with minimal supervision • Deploys and/or supports Workday HCM and/or Financials applications throughout the project lifecycle • Actively involved in all stages to implement and integrate solutions for clients in various industries • Executes tasks on time and within quality standards for client deliverables • Specializes and deepens skill set in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, Financials • Creates work estimates for medium to large bodies of work • Develops working relationships with project team members and clients to deliver projects effectively • Leads discussions with clients on basic scope and solutions to influence client decisions

Requirements

• 5 to 7 plus years of experience in one or more technologies • 5 plus years of experience in Workday Integrations developing EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Reports, etc. • Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner • Experience implementing/supporting Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, other SaaS based applications or similar is preferred • Previous development experience and understanding of the different phases of development life cycle expected • Previous analyst experience, technical or functional, expected • Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization • Familiarity or prior work experience with object oriented programming, API’s, XML rendering, XLT’s, webservices • Workday Studio Certification preferred • Workday Integrations Certified required
