Description

• Responsible for service delivery involving data assessment, analysis and reduction • Conducts substantive investigations and prepares findings reports • Manages engagements from start to finish • Regularly meets with clients to understand their goals • Delivers actionable insights and results to clients • Oversees Analysts and Associate Consultants as needed to load balance and meet deadlines • Works with Client Services for overall project success • Tracks project wins, successes and goals and reports regularly • Independently scopes and executes new matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree ( advanced degree, such as JD or MBA, preferred ) • Minimum 5 years of client services experience in an eDiscovery capacity • General experience with Relativity review platform ( certification preferred ) • Familiarity with analytics tools used to reduce data volumes and organize data for review ( certification preferred ) • Understanding of AI application to eDiscovery workflows • Prompt engineering experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Skill for synthesizing complex solutions to simplified explanations • Exceptional verbal and written communication • Excellent issue spotting and problem-solving • Willingness to go above and beyond client expectations • Critical thinking skills • Ability and willingness to assist outside of normal business hours, as needed • Ability and willingness to write clear and concise reports • Understanding of litigation and discovery
