Description

• Configure and successfully unit test requirements in Workday Integrations • Identify process improvements and develop medium to high complexity reports • Ensure timely and quality execution of client deliverables on Workday projects • Responsible for deployment and support of Workday HCM and Financials • Actively involved in all project stages to implement and integrate solutions for clients • Create work estimates for medium to large bodies of work • Develop working relationships with project team and clients • Provide consultative advice and recommendations to clients

Requirements

• 5 to 7 plus years of experience in one or more technologies • 5 plus years of experience in Workday Integrations developing EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Reports, etc. • Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions • Experience implementing/supporting Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, or similar applications preferred • Previous development experience and understanding of the different phases of development life cycle • Previous analyst experience, technical or functional, expected • Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization • Familiarity with object oriented programming, APIs, XML rendering, XLTs, webservices • Workday Studio Certification preferred • Workday Integrations Certified required
