Description
• The Solution Architect applies deep domain and product expertise to create compelling solutions • Client-facing role that collaborates with Sales through all stages of the sales process • Conducts solutions demonstrations and educates clients on technical aspects of Alight solutions • Maintains expertise in domain products and services (i.e., Workday) • Collaborates with Delivery Leaders and informs sales strategy to drive bookings
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study • Workday Financials Suite expertise and sales knowledge preferred • 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in a range of domain area or related roles • Deep knowledge of finance and/or cloud and delivery models, and compliance considerations • Demonstrated track record applying domain expertise in client delivery or sales • Excellent client communication and consulting skills • Proven experience in building and developing senior client relationships • Travel Expectation 25 – 50% of the time
