📋 Description
• Analyze and summarize data trends to support and inform strategic roadmap and initiatives. • Develop ongoing reports and present key data insights by working with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales. • Collaborate with key business leaders to understand business problems and generate solutions. • Build end-to-end data analytics solutions and models; utilize excel, the Microsoft suite, and other visualization software platforms to manage project and task-based work. • Develop presentations and dashboards based on findings from analysis. • Aptitude for critical thinking in complex situations, ability to synthesize ambiguous data into concrete results. • Maintains ownership over day-to-day reporting and models including pulling data from various sources, synthesizing actionable business insights, and presenting findings. • Spearhead special projects, structure the work, manage the process, drive the right set of analyses, and present the answer to senior executives through a compelling storyline. • Other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Required: Minimum 2+ Years of healthcare, finance, or consulting experience. • Minimum 1 year of experience in building end-to-end data analytics solutions and dashboards with measurable outcomes experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and define data needs. • Preferred: Experience with cleaning, aggregating, and pre-processing data from varied sources. • Experience with data visualization and presentation, turning complex analysis into insights
