Description

β€’ The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for working with business analysts to perform actionable tasks within the IT Business Systems in support of production activities. β€’ The Application Support Analyst will work closely with the Business Support & Audit Analyst to identify and resolve production issues and root cause recurring issues within the IT Business Systems. β€’ The Business Systems Solution Team is responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing business systems that support business users (Marketing, Sales, Services, Product, Finance, etc.) β€’ Assist in technical support and technical administration within Business Systems: Salesforce, Zuora, Workday, etc. β€’ Troubleshoot, analyze, and perform corrective actions within the production environment.

Requirements

β€’ B.S. Computer Science or similar discipline or equivalent work experience. β€’ Excellent analytical problem solving, communication and documentation skills. β€’ Self-starter with a desire and ability to learn new concepts and technology in a fast paced environment. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. β€’ 1-3 years of experience in a support or analyst role in one or more of the following systems: Salesforce, Zuora, Workday, Spring CM, DocuSign; Salesforce CPQ experience a plus. β€’ 3-5 years of experience writing and communication of technical and functional requirements.
