Description

• The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for working with business analysts to perform actionable tasks within the IT Business Systems in support of production activities. • The Application Support Analyst will work closely with the Business Support & Audit Analyst to identify and resolve production issues and root cause recurring issues within the IT Business Systems. • The Business Systems Solution Team is responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing business systems that support business users (Marketing, Sales, Services, Product, Finance, etc.) • Assist in technical support and technical administration within Business Systems: Salesforce, Zuora, Workday, etc. • Troubleshoot, analyze, and perform corrective actions within the production environment.

Requirements

• B.S. Computer Science or similar discipline or equivalent work experience. • Excellent analytical problem solving, communication and documentation skills. • Self-starter with a desire and ability to learn new concepts and technology in a fast paced environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. • 1-3 years of experience in a support or analyst role in one or more of the following systems: Salesforce, Zuora, Workday, Spring CM, DocuSign; Salesforce CPQ experience a plus. • 3-5 years of experience writing and communication of technical and functional requirements.
