• Allata is a fast-growing technology strategy and data development consulting firm delivering scalable solutions to our enterprise clients. • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager with strong digital strategy experience to join our growing management consulting team. • The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading clients in the setting of robust digital and AI strategies, leveraging data to develop insights, and designing/refining operating models to boost business performance. • This role sits at the crossroads of technology and business, requiring a collaborative and analytical approach along with a comfort discussing technology related topics through a business outcomes lens. • This Strategy Manager role will engage with enterprise-class senior executive business and IT clients to advise them on direction, options evaluation, and outcomes realization as part of their high priority innovation and transformation journeys. • In this role, you will play a key leadership position over combined client and Allata teams, driving strategic direction, catalyzing creative and innovative thinking, and ensuring alignment with the client’s business objectives. • A typical engagement will include aspects of Discovery, Insight Extraction, Hypothesis Development, Options Identification and Evaluation, Business and Technical Architecture Alignment, Roadmap Development, Business Case Development, and/or Executive Story Telling.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in digital strategy and business transformation initiatives. • Comfort discussing AI, digital strategy, data & analytics, and operating model concepts with executives and team members with a market-relevant understanding of each, preferrably with real-world experience in each. • Strong primary research skills, including interviewing senior stakeholders and synthesizing data into actionable insights. • Experience in process analysis and improvement, with the ability to document and optimize workflows. • Proficiency with analytical methods and spreadsheets. • Comfort with developing and/or enhancing frameworks to convey a point or crystalize insights.
