📋 Description
• As a Freelance Remote Recruiter, you are the key link between talent and our clients. • You will have the opportunity to work independently, source candidates, and place them at renowned companies. • Your focus will be on BPO and Sales profiles, but other sectors may also be involved. • Actively searching for and approaching suitable candidates via various channels. • Conducting screenings and interviews. • Guiding candidates through the application process. • Collaborating with our team to achieve the perfect match. • Building and maintaining a strong candidate and client network.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment • Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written) • Experience with BPO and Sales profiles is a big plus • Available to work full-time or part-time with a results-driven focus • Registered as a freelancer within Europe • Driven, proactive, and 100% committed • A true team player with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality
