Description

• Oversees complex and occasionally highly complex claims involved in appraisal, arbitration, or mediation • Oversees complex and occasionally highly complex specialized claims (e.g., business interruption, loss of income, E&O policies) • Oversees complex and occasionally highly complex claims that include Public Adjuster involvement • Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process • Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes • Advanced knowledge of all regional construction types and related repair methodologies • Frequently conducts targeted file examining, including performing ride-alongs or sit-alongs • Frequently conducts calibrations with vendors or staff • Communicates verbally or in writing about claim processes/procedures with other employees, leaders, and teams

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
