Description

• Provide paralegal support for Client Legal Services attorneys. • Prepare pleadings and motions under supervision. • Facilitate the discovery process, obtaining records and reviewing documents. • Interview clients and prepare trial materials. • Summarize and analyze legal research.

Requirements

• Paralegal experience with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation preferred. • Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment preferred. • Familiarity with legal procedures, including pleadings and discovery. • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents.
