Description

• The Compliance & Conduct Implementation Senior Manager is responsible for delivering and managing large-scale compliance-driven initiatives. • Responsible for assessment and implementation of processes and risks to ensure compliance controls and regulations are followed. • Set the strategy and execution of combined ethics, compliance, and privacy risk management program. • Establish and execute on operational objectives for legal and regulatory support for large-scale compliance-driven implementation projects. • Collaborate and lead others in key business/functional areas to advance cross-functional projects. • Lead enterprise compliance processes, including new law triage. • Maintain effective training for employees, senior leaders and relevant parties to ensure understanding of applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience (Preferred) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
