Description

• Monitor Medicare Advantage Parts C & D operational control measures. • Identify and document noncompliance and report promptly. • Work in a start-up environment with compliance training and audits. • Review policy and procedures ensuring timely reporting and resolution of issues. • Prepare presentation materials to promote understanding of compliance. • Oversee thorough documentation of compliance and noncompliance activities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of business and/or healthcare compliance, typically obtained through a bachelor’s degree. • Five plus years of current and progressive experience in healthcare compliance or equivalent. • Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare and Medicare/Medicaid. • Strong planning, problem solving, oral and written communication skills. • Highly effective negotiation skills.
