Description
• Implements applications following 12-factor principles • Owns the full stack of software products • Leverages test-driven development and continuous integration • Actively participates in decision-making • Establishes continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines • Practices daily paired programming and test-driven development • Provides input into architecture and design of the product • Serves as an expert on a specific business domain • Coaches junior team members • Provides support for software products in user environments • Participates in executing the strategy with customer focus • Participates in retrospectives for feedback and improvements • Leads and participates in daily standups • Participates in iteration planning meetings.
Requirements
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • This job does not have supervisory duties. • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
