Description
• Supports business partners to deliver solutions for product expansion and operational improvements. • Assists as a liaison between developer and end-users, providing technical support. • Verifies the accuracy of new states and products, rate revisions, projects, and production problem corrections. • Prepares test plans and scenarios for usability testing, executes test scenarios. • Provides automated testing of various insurance products. • Maintains familiarity with required vendor service reports per policy transaction. • Assists in performing quality control procedures in the production environment. • Coordinates and documents the resolution of problems encountered during usability testing. • Works closely with Business team to review requirements and ensure test plans.
Requirements
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 0-2 years experience (Preferred) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
