🎯 Requirements
•3+ years experience working in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management and/or Sales •Prior experience in B2B SaaS, VoIP, or communications software roles highly preferred •Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills •Comfortable holding a quota and negotiating contracts •You are comfortable building trust and communicating effectively with all types of customers — from C-level, VP, and Director-level contacts, to the end-users of the software •Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner •3+ years of working fully remote
