• Aligns human resources strategies with business objectives • Oversees recruitment, retention, and employee relations • Ensures compliance with labor laws, manages performance appraisal systems • Creates training programs to enhance employee skills • Designs competitive compensation and benefits packages • Leads organizational development initiatives • Establishes HR policies • Fosters a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace atmosphere
Requirements
• Knowledge of labor laws and screening • Familiar with Microsoft 365, 15Five.com, BreezyHR • Great leadership skills • Effective communication skills • Bachelor’s Degree • MA/MSc in Human Resource Management or a related field preferred • Alpha experience is preferred
