Description
•Responsible for securing and growing major gifts in support of ALS Association's mission •Build philanthropic partnerships with individuals and foundations •Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward supporters •Work as a partner to field based Development staff •Collaborate with Sr Director on fundraising strategies and goals •Work independently and collaboratively to cultivate relationships
Requirements
•Self-starter with outstanding communication skills •Ability to engage with diverse staff and range of donors •Collaboration skills required to partner with field Development colleagues •Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills •Commitment to equity and inclusion •Ability to work with flexibility in dynamic team environment •Commitment to learn and utilize new technologies •Proven track record of closing gifts and meeting fundraising goals •Possess integrity, maturity and ethical awareness
