Description

• Reporting to the Sr. Director, responsible for securing and growing major gifts • Build philanthropic partnerships with individuals and foundations • Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward supporters • Collaborate with Sr Director on fundraising strategies and goals • Maintain contact records in Salesforce and update benchmarking reports

Requirements

• A self-starter with outstanding communication skills • Ability to successfully engage with a diverse staff and range of donors, volunteers, and community members • Collaboration skills required to partner with field Development colleagues involved in the achievement of Territory revenue goals • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills • Commitment to equity and inclusion with an inherent drive to work and collaborate with diverse populations • Ability to work with flexibility in a dynamic team environment and embrace organizational change • Commitment to learn and utilize new technologies to improve efficiency and implement strategy • Proven track record of closing gifts and meeting fundraising goals • Possess integrity, maturity and ethical awareness; ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
