📋 Description
• Ensure financial statements are GAAP compliant • Manage preparation of accounts reconciliations and journal entries • Review journal entries and resolve open items • Ensure compliance during external audits • Maintain documentation of business processes and internal controls • Validate purchase orders and invoices • Ensure accuracy of financial data • Prepare/review monthly financial statements • Supervise and develop employees • Act as liaison between departments and Finance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • Workday experience required • Clinical Research experience preferred • CPA designation is an asset • 8 years’ experience in accounting or equivalent combination of education, training and experience • Good analytical and numeracy skills
