Description

• Lead the architecture and design of Ortems solutions based on client requirements and best practices. • Manage end-to-end Ortems implementations, including project planning, resource management, and delivery timelines. • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs. • Configure Ortems to meet client-specific needs and optimize the software for improved scheduling, capacity planning, and production management. • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Ortems with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES). • Analyze and fine-tune Ortems solutions for enhanced performance and efficiency; provide guidance on leveraging Ortems for continuous process improvement. • Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to users; offer recommendations for maintenance and upgrades. • Develop solution documentation, user guides, and training materials for client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years in implementing and architecting Ortems or similar advanced planning and scheduling software. • Strong background in manufacturing, production scheduling, and supply chain processes. • Experience with DELMIA suite products (a plus). • Proficient in Ortems configuration and customization. • Knowledge of ERP and MES integration, preferably in SAP or Oracle. • Familiarity with SQL, scripting, or basic programming for custom integrations and reports. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills to convey complex solutions in an understandable manner. • Ability to lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
