Description

• The project manager will drive execution of Canadian projects. • Ensures commitments are delivered on time, within scope, to budget and quality standards. • Proactively work with project team and stakeholders to achieve obligations and solidify satisfaction. • Delivers projects on schedule and within budget as specified by project plans. • Ensures use of appropriate processes and standards throughout project lifecycle. • Manages project risks through prioritization, planning, and delivery. • Defines a communication plan suitable to the project size and importance. • Ensures project scope is clearly defined and documented. • Manages scope changes and change requests as necessary. • Anticipates and communicates impact of project decisions on client commitments. • Creates and monitors risk logs and actively mitigates all risks. • Demonstrates project control through disciplined measurement and reporting. • Establishes trusted relationships with project team and stakeholders. • Completes project status and reporting, both written and via meetings. • Builds relationships across organizational functions. • Motivates the team to drive toward success. • Shares and encourages others to share and use lessons learned. • Identifies, suggests, and implements improvements to processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification (Preferred) • Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or SAFe certification (Preferred) • 4-7 years relevant work experience • Canadian Clinical Healthcare experience • Knowledge of Altera’s Sunrise Clinical Manager • Reside in Canada • Strong organization and time management skills. • Great analytical and problem-solving skills. • Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Build and maintain strong relationships with team and stakeholders. • Must be self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions. • Good negotiation skills. • Ability to identify and remove impediments. • Strong conviction in the role of project management. • MS Office Suite skills are required.
