Description

•We are searching for a qualified Enterprise Sales Support Specialist to join our Enterprise sales team. •This person will the subject matter expert in providing support to our Enterprise Account Managers with a primary focus on supporting and driving (EMEA) software renewals. •Provide necessary support as directed by the Enterprise account managers to ensure that software renewals are correctly created, quoted, delivered, and closed prior to license expiration dates. •Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise with customer accounts as requested by Enterprise Account Managers. •Follow up with customers about contracts, purchase orders, and other questions. •Monitoring performance indicators for the Enterprise renewal business. •Advise on quote structure, license configuration, and alternative deal structures. •Consult with cross functional stakeholders as needed such as sales operations, legal, and finance to accelerate deal closing and accurate closing. •Work directly with the Enterprise SVP to ensure the Enterprise renewal business grows and is scalable. •Create ad-hoc SFDC reports. •Additional Sales support may be requested on an as-required basis.

Requirements

•BS degree in Business Administration or associate degree in relevant field a plus. •Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ quoting. •Experience in developing quotations for software products. •Attention to detail and CRM data integrity. •Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both English and German (at least B2 level). •Enjoys working in an evolving and fast paced environment.
