📋 Description
• Responsible for leading daily operations across Altium’s manufacturing facilities • Develop and deploy effective plant manufacturing strategies • Provide leadership to multiple plant leaders • Meet or exceed Profit & Loss goals • Ensure safety and improve manufacturing metrics • Attract, recruit, and retain talented candidates • Travel up to 60-80% of the time
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree is required • Industrial Management, Engineering, or Psychology preferred • 10+ years experience in a plant leadership role • Experience with ERP systems • Lead a geographically dispersed team • Manage a start-up or expansion • Manage a turnaround/"fix-it" • Resolve difficult conflicts
