Description

• Alto Pharmacy is a full-service, digitally-powered pharmacy providing a supportive pharmacy experience • The Design and Research team informs design and strategic business decisions for pharmacy products • As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll craft product experiences for Alto’s enterprise SaaS solutions • You will mentor junior designers and drive the end-to-end product design process.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product design with a focus on user-centered design • Experience in healthcare or health-tech or a highly regulated industry • Demonstrated expertise in designing for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar • Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and usability principles • Experience working within a design system and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders • Proven ability to lead large-scale design projects, work independently, and manage multiple priorities • Experience in mentoring and coaching junior designers • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and advocate for the user experience • A passion for healthcare and a desire to improve patient and provider experiences through thoughtful design.
