Description

• Closely collaborate with Marketing teams at MQL qualification stages • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign efficiency to help refine the team’s approach • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals • Conduct intro calls to ensure they are a good fit for our service offerings • Custom nurturing activities with previously contacted leads and opportunities in collaboration with the Content team • Proactive engagement with sales qualified leads on validating their needs and requirements • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system • Track and report on key metrics, such as qualification and disqualification rates, SQL and opportunity conversion rates

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a sales development role is required • Proficiency in English at C1 level or above • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft personalized and engaging messages and presentations. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. • High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
