• 3-5 years of experience in a customer success, account management or similar role in an enterprise SaaS environment. • Experience managing projects involving multiple data sources, complex data integrations and automations. • Experience with CRM, Customer Support/Success, Project Management tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Churn Zero).
