• Altruistiq is an enterprise SaaS focused on environmental sustainability. • The Customer Success Manager role requires strong customer management skills. • Lead the customer journey from onboarding to adoption and delight customers. • Deliver technical product training and turn customers into super users. • Identify growth areas and collaborate with stakeholders. • Provide guidance on platform methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer success, account management or similar role in an enterprise SaaS environment. • Experience managing projects involving multiple data sources, complex data integrations and automations. • Experience with CRM, Customer Support/Success, Project Management tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Churn Zero).
