Description

• Altruistiq's software solution delivers sustainability intelligence and real corporate impact. • We are seeking an exceptional commercial lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Handle customer and supplier contract negotiations and advise on a broad range of other issues. • Lead customer contracting processes and develop training materials to support our sales team. • Provide legal guidance to business teams across a range of legal, regulatory and contractual topics.

Requirements

• UK qualified • 6-10 years post qualification experience • Strong track record of success at a top law firm, followed by at least 2 years of in-house experience. Prior experience focused on software licensing is a plus. • Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, with exposure to intellectual property, GDPR and data protection issues. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to understand complex contractual issues, assess risk and exercise strong business judgment — taking clear ownership of end outcomes, while being an excellent team player • Enjoy working hard and overcoming challenges
