Description

• Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their individual and team goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and work on solutions to meet their requirements. • Monitor and analyze sales data to predict future trends and adjust the sales strategy accordingly. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats. • Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Manage the sales department's budget and resources effectively. • Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and techniques to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, goals, and strategies. • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in sales and operations selling technology/content/services in one or more: Broadcast TV ecosystem, Streaming TV ecosystem, Cloud-based or SaaS / IaaS / PaaS products. • Experience with FAST market is a plus. • A deep understanding of the industry in which Amagi operates, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions. • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies. • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively. • The capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and partnerships. • A focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
