β’ Be the main relationship holder for day-to-day management of our clients and their storefronts β’ Build long-term relationships with your clients as their primary point of contact β’ Source and onboard new clients, manage the entire onboarding process β’ Working collaboratively with Creative Services, Retail Sales, Marketing and Supply Ops teams β’ Forecast and track key account metrics (GMV, unit sales, etc.) β’ Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly book of business status, GMV goals, and results β’ Maintain superior service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
β’ 5 years+ in a customer success role or related experience β’ Experience in eCommerce is preferable (understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention) β’ Strong project management skills β’ Experience with a CRM system is required, Hubspot is preferable β’ Strong business acumen and experience providing strategic advice to customers β’ Exceptional ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of personalities β’ Confidence, with accurate and clear communication skills β’ Detail-oriented and analytical (ability to understand data/reporting) β’ A clear passion for working in a customer-facing role within the Creator Economy.
