β€’ Be the main relationship holder for day-to-day management of our clients and their storefronts β€’ Build long-term relationships with your clients as their primary point of contact β€’ Source and onboard new clients, manage the entire onboarding process β€’ Working collaboratively with Creative Services, Retail Sales, Marketing and Supply Ops teams β€’ Forecast and track key account metrics (GMV, unit sales, etc.) β€’ Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly book of business status, GMV goals, and results β€’ Maintain superior service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight.

Requirements

β€’ 5 years+ in a customer success role or related experience β€’ Experience in eCommerce is preferable (understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention) β€’ Strong project management skills β€’ Experience with a CRM system is required, Hubspot is preferable β€’ Strong business acumen and experience providing strategic advice to customers β€’ Exceptional ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of personalities β€’ Confidence, with accurate and clear communication skills β€’ Detail-oriented and analytical (ability to understand data/reporting) β€’ A clear passion for working in a customer-facing role within the Creator Economy.
