• Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention. • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns tailored to different customer segments. • Design and execute onboarding programs to improve user activation. • Monitor and analyze customer data for trends and opportunities. • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to optimize customer journeys. • Develop personalized marketing campaigns to drive retention efforts. • Use customer insights to deliver targeted communications. • Work with content team for relevant messaging. • Utilize marketing automation tools for nurturing relationships. • Report on key metrics and present findings to stakeholders. • Stay updated with lifecycle marketing trends and best practices.
• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer retention, or a related role. • Strong understanding of global audiences, specifically in India and UK • Proven experience in developing and executing successful customer lifecycle and retention strategies. • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, and personalization techniques. • Experience with Hubspot is preferred but not required.
