β€’ Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others. β€’ Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience. β€’ Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all channels. β€’ Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and potential crises, responding promptly and appropriately to comments and messages. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative, to align social media strategies with broader marketing and company goals. β€’ Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions) and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. β€’ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. β€’ Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, and performance optimization. β€’ Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and engagement. β€’ Conduct regular social media audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry. β€’ Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns. β€’ Strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. β€’ Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights). β€’ Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
