β’ 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry. β’ Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns. β’ Strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. β’ Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights). β’ Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management. β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
