Description

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies, including both organic and paid media, for a diverse range of clients across consumer and B2B brands. • Manage a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality content and campaign execution. • Oversee the creation, curation, and management of engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform. • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis. • Analyze performance metrics for both organic and paid campaigns, generating detailed reports with insights and recommendations to optimize strategies. • Engage with online communities and ensure timely, professional responses to comments and messages. • Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategies. • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling and impactful content. • Conduct competitive research to identify market trends and opportunities for client growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their social media strategies align with their overall marketing objectives. • Cultivate partnerships with influencers and key opinion leaders to amplify client campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with significant experience in fast-paced agency environments. • Proven success in managing social media strategies, including both organic and paid media, for consumer and B2B brands in U.S. and European markets. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team. • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strong command of English. • Proficiency in social media management tools and paid media platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads). • Experience with budget management, audience segmentation, and ROI analysis for paid social media campaigns. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovative content creation. • Experience in influencer marketing is a plus
