Description

• Develop a strong understanding of Starface brand, tone, and aesthetic; create and manage the execution of our content calendar for all social channels, focusing on TikTok and Instagram, and also growing into more channels • Innovate and manage execution of new franchises and content streams for all social channels • Coach, develop, and manage a team of 1-2 direct reports, ensuring on-brand content and professional growth • Partner closely with the Director of Content to develop and implement strategy and execution for new social platform launches • Bring a constant volume of fresh, fun ideas that bring joy to our audience and set us apart • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to manage paid social assets • Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, marketing, and sales to ensure brand initiatives are effectively supported • Partner with influencer & community management team to engage and spotlight talent • Lead meetings with direct reports and cross-functional partners • Support management of external content partners • Leverage learnings from metrics and reports to identify wins and opportunities • Manage monthly and launch-based analytics decks • Provide input from daily conversations to inform the broader social strategy • Travel periodically (10-20%) to attend events and visit locations for content creation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing social media across multiple platforms, including TikTok and Instagram within a creative led, scrappy, startup brand or agency environment • 1+ years of experience managing at least one direct report, and are interested in developing, mentoring, and coaching • Creative, but also organized; value in process when it comes to collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement • Always online and content obsessed with a strong pulse on emerging social trends • Entrepreneurial and autonomous with a strong point of view, eager to align with Starface brand voice • Not afraid to be silly and have fun with absurd ideas
