Description
• Develop, manage, and maintain knowledge graphs and semantic data models. • Build and optimize ontologies, taxonomies, and controlled vocabularies. • Design and execute efficient RDF-based data stores and SPARQL queries. • Create, test, and deploy ETL pipelines and other data engineering solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate semantic data solutions into larger systems. • Support CI/CD pipelines and maintain source code version control for semantic engineering projects. • Utilize containerized environments (e.g., Docker) to deliver scalable and reproducible solutions. • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code initiatives for seamless deployments.
Requirements
• Expertise in semantic web technologies, including: RDF (Resource Description Framework) & SPARQL (SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language) • Proven experience in building and managing ontologies, taxonomies, and controlled vocabularies. • Strong knowledge of data engineering, with proficiency in: Writing complex SQL queries & developing and managing ETL jobs • Hands-on experience with Python for data processing and automation. • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including: Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), source code version control (e.g., Git), infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform)& Containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
