• This role is the key contact for assigned accounts in order to provide effective strategic and tactical sales direction and communications strategies to defend existing business, improve profitability of existing business, and to profitably develop new business. • Implements strategy, business and marketing plans for assigned accounts including market research, competitive intelligence, product positioning, product line evolution and product innovation. • This role is focused on growth of assigned account through share of wallet and developing and executing a long-term strategy. • Deliver strategic and sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned accounts. • Responsible for development and execution of strategic and robust account plans. • Increase business with existing accounts through networking. • Create and execute strategy to maintain and grow the assigned account. • Manage the complexities of account(s) in support of customer needs. • Build relationships with customers based upon trust and respect. • Report and communicate current performance achievements in terms of sales and marketing contribution to the business unit for monthly management reporting. • Drive forecast accuracy for improved business results. • Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities, promoting an environment where each employee makes safety their first priority. • Demonstrate Amcor’s values – Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Social Responsibility, and Innovation.

Requirements

• Education – Bachelor’s degree • Experience – relevant experience in technical, sales and general management preferably within the packaging industry • 3+ years’ experience • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability • Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills
